• Advices for oral and poster presenters

  • POSTERS at ICEF14

    The format of the poster will be AO - vertical pannel (84,1 x 118,9 cm) maximum . Posters will be installed on panels available in the exhibition hall.
    There will be 2 posters sessions :
    • SESSION 1 from Tuesday 20th until Wednesday 21st Noon
    • SESSION 2 from Thursday 22d morning until Friday 23rd noon

    The necessary material to hang poster will be provided at the reception desk
     
    ORAL PRESENTATIONS at ICEF14

    Oral will be presented as power point or pdf files.
    A computer will be available in each presenting room to upload the presentation ; there will not be any pre-show room.
    It will be the responsability of each speaker to upload their presentation in advance in their assigned room.
